Refund policy
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You pay return shipping.
Eligible: Unused, unwashed items in original condition and packaging.
Not eligible: Pet products that have been used, chewed, or touched by a pet, for hygiene reasons. Shirts that have been worn or washed are also not eligible. Final-sale items are marked on the product page.
How to return:
- Email hello@fosterfailsupply.com with your order number and the item you're returning.
- We'll send the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back with tracking. Return shipping is your cost.
- We'll refund your original payment within 5 business days of receiving it. Original shipping fees aren't refunded.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. No return needed.
Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the size or item you want.
